ARTS & CULTURE magazine
BAYSIC offered a targeted and effective way to reach artists within the California Bay Area through its independently printed periodical.
To emphasize the art and culture of the magazine, I selected and edited photography and digital images from the magazine’s archives and submissions to retain the branding intentions and colors. Combining these images with large and bold typefaces unified the composition of the titles and text on each page, allowing the reader to feel immersed within each article.
During this project, I was offered to create the cover and include additional illustrations and work that could remain on brand and theme for the magazine.

“Paul is one of the most talented graphic designers that I’ve ever known. He worked on very important projects for me for the past two years. He was dependable, reliable, and always open to feedback. He was easy to work with, and I enjoyed my interactions with him. Our staff raved about his designs and illustrations. We always knew we could count on him. He is one of the best!”
