DON’T KNOCK NEW YORK


For years, DKNY’s iconic skyline logo artwork has served as the unofficial entrance to New York City’s Soho district. The logo has become more “fabric of the city” than corporate billboard.
This quintessential NY fashion label sought to draw inspiration from the original Soho Wall and invited creators to design original artwork, utilizing a brand new DKNY logo.
The designs I illustrated returns to the design aesthetic of the historic Soho Wall era - thicker, bolder and New York centric - reinforcing DKNY’s position as an innovate, cool and cosmopolitan brand.
