ART can campaign


Artwork in packaging is an essential element in consumer products. This definitely holds true in the brewing industry, and Pabst Brewing has been supporting artists for the past several years with its annual Pabst Blue Ribbon Art Can Campaign.
Since its inception, this initiative has placed original artwork on over 300,000,000 cans of PBR. It allowed artists to re-imagine Pabst Blue Ribbon’s iconic cans and customers the chance to hold original art in their hands.
This project was crucial to stay within branding guidelines and follow printing specs. Though the artwork had no limits, logos, colors, and text had to fit within the PBR branding standards.
