VIZ Media LLC is an American manga publisher, anime distributor and entertainment company headquartered in San Francisco, California. In 2017, Viz Media was the largest publisher of graphic novels in the United States, with a 23% share of the market. In 2020, Viz Media saw a 70% growth in the U.S. market, in line with a 43% increase in overall manga sales in the United States the same year.

At Viz, I worked on a variety of design projects from print and digital formats. The most noteworthy projects have been working on graphic novels, mangas, and books. Design work on these project included cover design, logo creation, restructuring layout for an American audience, touching up artwork, color correction, and comic book lettering for dialogue and sound fx.
